| Do you need the
Social Security numbers of the people you're investigating?
How much information do you need to find someone?
Answer:
The more information you have to start with, the greater the
chance of success. Often, you can start with nothing more
than a name and a phone number.

Can I get someone's Social Security
number with your information?
Answer:
Probably not. This is by design, since acquiring someone's
social security number is the first step to being able to
steal their entire identity. In order to protect you, it is
therefore very difficult to get social security numbers, unless
you happen to work in law enforcement.

On the other hand, we do provide a link to a site where you
can do verifications of SS numbers. With this tool, you can
verify the existence of a given SS number, see if the owner
is alive or dead, so forth and so on.

Are there any extra fees in addition
to the membership fee?
Answer:
The vast majority of searches and databases are free. However,
some services may require an additional fee, as not every
process is automated. Some lookups or research may only be
available in hard copies, or they may require the services
of a professional. Most simple searches will return a great
deal of information; it's only when you need in-depth information
or are investigating a particularly difficult-to-find individual
that you may wish to resort to specialized services.

Will anyone know if I'm
investigating them?
Answer:
It would be extremely difficult for anyone to know if you're
investigating them. It's difficult to track any use of the
Internet, so unless the individual you're tracking happens
to be working for your Internet Service Provider and equipped
with an excessive sense of paranoia, you shouldn't worry about
it.

Is your information difficult to
use?
Answer:
Not at all. Most of the tools we offer are completely self-explanatory,
and the few tools that need explanation are accompanied by
step-by-step guides.
