The
Chillisauce team had a knockout day in Sheffield last month. It’s
a Knockout was a huge TV show in the 70s and 80s and is now an
incredibly popular event for corporate teams, so we thought it
was high time we had a go ourselves.
Although some members of our team were less then enthusiastic
about dressing up as a giant budgies and being bombarded with
wet sponges, everyone had a brilliant day.

Charles Corporate: An alternative approach to team building |

If you want to get the most out of your team,
don’t waste money on day quad biking the Brecon Beacons; slash
their pay, extend their hours and make them work in silence. It
worked for monks in the Middle Ages so it can work for your team
too.
I used this motivational technique when I had an under-performing
team and despite most of them leaving within the first week, I
would class the experiment as huge success….read
