1. Create new document; RGB; 72 dpi
2. Use Rectangular Marque Tool (M) , set Fixed Size : 65px * 65 px ; Select an area and fill it with any color.

 

Set Blending Options of the Layer Style as mine.

3. Now lets add some layer styles.

Drop shadow: Mode Multiply, black, 120°, Distance: 3px, size: 3 px, Opacity 35-36%.
4. Color Overlay: i use here #CCCC00, normal blend mode; 100% opacity.
